-The Inquisition's priorities were first to keep the PDF's war effort going by doing repairs and supply requisition in Metalfab 36.
Power Matrix HL-17-36 (Metalfab 36)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/power-matrix-hl-17-36
Repair // Hadron, Morrow, Zola
"HL-17-36 is heading towards a power systems failure. Access the operations array and use cryonic rods to flush the system."
The Power Matrix in Metalfab 36 appears to provide coolant control to multiple Manufactorums. Production loss was experienced in Manufactorums HL-15-24 through HL-16-13 due to them being rendered nonfunctional by Power Matrix HL-17-36 being disabled. The most important being loss of production being Manufactorum HL-17-36, a source of Leman Russ Battletanks that are pivotal to have any hope of winning the war for Tertium.
Hadron: It is imperative that Manufactorum HL-17-36 is retained. All other data is restricted. / Leman Russ Losses stand at 73.45% in current engagement projections. Reinforcements are alpha priority. / A 0.5% drop in Leman Russ production would make this warzone irrecoverable. / Manufactorums HL-15-24 through HL-16-13 already nonfunctional. Further production loss: unacceptable.
In order to obtain the Cryonic Rods, you will need to hack into the system with Servo Skulls while under attack from enemies.
You can then proceed to the final area of the mission, where you will need to carry the Cryonic Rods up some stairs and across raised walkways to their required positions.
Smelter Complex HL-17-36 (Metalfab 36)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/smelter-complex-hl-17-36
Strike // Hadron, Morrow, Zola, Hadron(+Kayex & Wolfer)
"The primary smelter's been disabled at Manufactorum HL-17-36. Get it operating, whatever it takes."
Metalfab 36 produces a significant amount of Leman Russ battle tanks. The smelter complex creates the metals needed in their manufacturing.
Loyalists are in dire need of replacing armoured support losses. The heretics are attempting to disable and wrestle control of the smelter from loyalists in order to use it for their own battle tank production. Rannick has designated Metalfab 36's continued Leman Russ battle tank production as an Alpha priority in the Inquisition's war effort.
A daemonic Corruptor has infested the Smelter Complex's and disabled the primary smelter.
In the Smelter Complex HL17-36 mission, your strike team is ordered to investigate and resolve a problem at a Smelter Complex used to manufacture important materials for the war effort.
Naturally, the area is overrun with heretics. The source of the problem is a daemonic infestation, which you will need to destroy. You can then restart the smelter.
-heavily controlled heretic territory in The Torrent to restore "clean" water.
Silo Cluster 18-66/a (The Torrent)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/silo-cluster-18-66a
Strike // Hadron, Morrow, Zola
"The heretics are poisoning Tertium's water. Get into the silo and restore a clean water supply."
Strike Teams are dropped into an LZ in a more elevated area of the Torrent where the downpour of liquid from upper hive layers trickles down in a deluge of droplets.
The Water Cartel stockpile of water containers is stored inside Silo Clusters and exported from the district via railways. The cartel once controlled this silo are that stored and purified water recycled in the hive. This precious commodity was used as a means for leverage and extortion across the hive, being the foundation of their former prominence.
Now these water stores have been contaminated with contagions and poison by the Cult of Admonition to spread plague and mutation further into neighboring districts across the hive.
In the Silo Cluster 18-66/a mission, you are informed that the heretics are contaminating the water supply, causing problems for Tertium. You will need to battle your way through the complex to solve the problem.
The source of the contamination turns out to be a daemonic infestation, which you will need to destroy while under heavy attack from waves of heretics.
-you are ordered to fight your way through the manufactory complex in order to seize a supply train from the enemy.
Consignment Yard HL-17-36 (Metalfab 36)
https://warhammer-40k-darktide.fandom.com/wiki/Consignment_Yard
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/consignment-yard-hl-17-36
Raid // Hadron, Morrow, Zola
"Heretics have a supply train out at HL-17-36. We want it. Secure the Consignment Yard and signal for reinforcements."
In Metalfab 36, Heretics are getting ready to move a supply Train out of Consignment Yard Sigma-57 in Metalfab 36. Loyalists attempt to secure those supplies for themselves instead.
you are ordered to fight your way through the manufactory complex in order to seize a supply train from the enemy. You will then need to defend the location against waves of enemies for a few minutes, until reinforcements arrive along with your extraction vessel.
After securing Consignment Yard Sigma-57 at the end of the mission, the support team that arrives after reject team extracts is Reclamation Strike Force Beta-5, a squad made up of Moebian 21st. Hadron states they are one of the best.
In Consignment Yard HL17-36, you are ordered to fight your way through the manufactory complex in order to seize a supply train from the enemy. You will then need to defend the location against waves of enemies for a few minutes, until reinforcements arrive along with your extraction vessel.
-We are then send into the frontlines itself in Chasm Terminus to first investigate the plague ridden hab blocks in Hab Dreyko and it's neighbouring Hab Laranax. With the investigation completed and the entire hab blocks contained.
Hab Dreyko (Chasm Terminus)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/hab-dreyko
Investigation // Morrow (+Hestia & Nobles), Morrow (+Wolfer), Brahms (+Kayex)
"A new form of the Blight has hit Transit Hub HL-16-11 hard. Scan the plague residue and maybe we'll get lucky."
Hab Dreyko is a quarantined zone, alongside the neighboring Hab Laranax. Between Hab Dreyko and Hab Laranax is the Burnout Bazaar, above which are various catwalks and maintenance pathways through it's superstructure. Biotic Probes are used to inject the tree with said shriving unguent.
The Magos Kharib is a Magos Biologis, who assumedly is an acolyte of Grendyl, is working to create a blessed unguent of shriving to poison the Phage Tree within Hab Block Laranax.
The entrance of Hab Block Laranax is marked by Moebian 21st corpses on display. These were likely one of the many Advance Recon teams Interrogator Rannick sent initially sent into the lower levels of the hive to discover the true extent of the unrest on Atoma.
In the Hab Dreyko mission, you will need to fight your way through the transit hub, deploying your Servo Skull several times to find plague residue - you will need to scan the plague residue in order to collect data to send back to base.
At the end of the level you will reach an infamous area with a diseased tree, where your strike team will come under heavy attack while you continue to gather data about the plague.
- We then proceeded to retrieve some "special ammo". Ammo that is special in someway that we aren't privy to use.
Chasm Logistratum (Chasm Terminus)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/chasm-logistratum
Raid // Hadron, Morrow, Zola
"It's time to replenish our special issue ammo reserve. It begins at Chasm Station Logistratum."
The subrails of Chasm Station is a hub of smuggler activity, it isn't clear if they have any relationship with the Chasm Railers. The latter seem to be raiders and they're work might run counter to that of smugglers. Both are assumedly still active after the heretic uprising and the beginning of the war.
In Chasm Logistratum, you are tasked with conducting a raid against the enemy to obtain special issue ammunition, which will need to be carried to the extraction vehicle while under attack from endlessly spawning enemies.
-Meanwhile another team was sent to The Hourglass to stop some disruptive heretical propaganda from being propagated.
Relay Station TRS-150 (The Hourglass)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/relay-station-trs-150
Disruption // Hadron, Masozi, Morrow
"Heretics have seized a Comms-Plex up up in one of the spire and are using it to broadcast propaganda. Shut it down."
Inter-Orbit Data Relay Station TRS-150 is deep in deep in cultist territory and being used to broadcast a "mind altering-carrier wave" suggested to be recruiting citizens on an unconscious level, corrupting their spiritual defences.
Long forsaken by the Administratum of Atoma, the world's rulers continue to ignore the goings on of the Hourglass. However, some of the leader's of Atoma aren't entirely indifferent and are enabling the proliferation of heretical groups in the Hourglass.
The tower is covered in Dark Tongue runes drawn by the heretics. The Dark Tongue is more than a mere language and the words and runes have inherent power, however diluted by mortal hands. The blasphemous runes could have some influence on turning the mundane radio waves into mind-control through the warp-influence of the Dark Tongue runes covering the stations surfaces.
In the Relay Station TRS-150 Mission, the heretics have seized a relay station and are using it to broadcast propaganda. Your strike team is tasked with getting rid of the heretics in the area and shutting down the dangerous broadcasts.
-The turning point is the 2 Assassination missions. The intelligence gathered from the 2 dead Traitor Captains revealed a lot of information on what the heretics are trying to achieve.
Chasm Station HL-16-11 (Chasm Terminus)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/chasm-station-hl-16-11
Assassination // Masozi, Morrow, Morrow(+Wolfer), Zola
"A warlord is arriving by train. Make your way into Chasm Terminus, and execute the heretic."
The Chasm Station was an epicentre for a bomb and Blight filled train that would be an epicentre for terror and contagion in the densely packed concourse and train stations. It can only be assumed that many of the population would return to their homes after this act of terrorism.
In Chasm Station HL-16-11, you are tasked with assassinating a heretic warlord - in order to do this you will first need to hack into the systems as Chasm Terminus to redirect the warlord's train to your location.
The boss at the end of the mission will be a Scab Captain with a randomly generated name, and a large amount of enemies will usually spawn around the edges of the room when you are fighting him
Magistrati Oubliette TM8-707 (The Torrent)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/magistrati-oubliette-tm8-707
Assassination // Hadron, Morrow, Zola
"The Kill Target's in the Torrent's Enforcer Station. Navigate the sewers, reach the streets and take them out."
Strike Teams begin in the deep in the sewers, move up through residential habs, rising like the rancid stench of the sewers, and stroll on through Trader's Row. On the other side of the commercial area is the Enforcer Magistratum. Moving through the courthouse, the strike team finds their assassination target deep within the prisoner containment area.
HL-18-66 Magistratum was built as a Magistratum Enforcer courthouse and prison. The Enforcer's headquarters until it was eventually handed over to the Water Cartel, the local criminal gang that essentially owns the district, in exchange for bribes. Being runs by the Cartel for a few decades at least, it is now being used as a fortified heretic base of operations in the district.
In the Magistrati Oublette mission, you are tasked with defeating a heretic warlord, but you will first need to battle your way through the habzone in order to reach his location.
The final boss is a Scab Captain with a randomly generated name - the fight is quite similar to the Chasm Terminus final boss, however this one tends to be a little easier as the extra enemies that spawn are a little less threatening and spawn in closer proximity
-We were then sent back to The Torrent one last time to deliver false data in the Torrent's Cogitator array
Vigil Station Oblivium (The Torrent)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/vigil-station-oblivium
Espionage // Hadron, Morrow, Zola
"Upload some inaccurate recon data to the heretics' cogitator array down in the Torrent."
Strike Teams begin their mission in Pipe Sump Town and ascend up the pillars, through the commercial areas of Ragtown's Trader's Row and the Ragtown Bazaar. Eventually approaching the Water Cartel HQ via the freightlink elevator in the Bazaar. The Strike Team ascends and crosses the Chasm via the Bridge of Fools, and entering the Ragged King's court and Vigil Station Oblivium deep within.
The Pillars Dwellers of the Torrent inhabit the maintenance stairs of the hive's monolithic support pillars. Although not designed for habitation, generations of hive-dwellers have made these squalid conditions their home. Having formed towns and gangs in themselves, the Pillar Dweller act as toll keepers between districts. It's not unheard of for shootouts to occur between pillar-gangs.
Vigil Station Oblivium is a vast cogitator array that serves as a monitoring post collecting intel. It was once controlled by the Water Cartel, but is now controlled by heretics. The Inquisition seeks to upload inaccurate intel data directly into it.
Zola: Pillar dwellers act as toll keepers between the districts. You want to get out of the Sump, you've got to make with a bribe.
In the Vigil Station Oblivium mission, you are tasked with supporting a counter attack by uploading false recon data to the heretics' Cogitator Array. After fighting your way through the complex, you will need to deploy Servo Skulls and hack into the Cogitator Array in order to upload the false information.
-Another Strike team was then sent to the Excise Vault in The Hourglass to retrieve a sample of the heretic's contagion.
Excise Vault Spireside-13 (The Hourglass)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/excise-vault-spireside-13
Raid // Hadron, Masozi, Morrow
"You're off to Sector Periferus to crack an Excise Vault, and get a sample of the heretics' latest contagion."
The Heretics are using one of the old Excise Vaults to store samples of their latest contagion, and Interrogator Rannick wants one for study. To get into the Vault, you'll need a cypher-ident… and for that, you'll need to brute force access to a servitor colony. You can use the old pneumatic conveyor to get the samples out. Then you can find your own exit.
The Servitor Colony in the Hourglass is the last of its kind still functional on Atoma, according to Hadron. The 3426 individual servitor brains once handled the plethora of processing tasks required of the monolithic amounts of data and processing needed for this naval depot for interstellar shipping and transport. Only the Omnissiah knows how many of the servitors are still operational.
Operatives collect 3 vacuum capsules containing Moebian Pox Zetaphyte-13 samples from 3 separate Vaults. They are loaded onto the pneumatic conveyor and sent elsewhere for the Inquisition forces to acquire.
You'll need to carry several heavy caskets of the contagion from their vaults to the middle of the final room while under attack by the heretics.
-Then another team was sent to the fuel refinery, also in The Hourglass in Refinery Delta-17 to finally destroy the pathogen that is being developed by the heretics.
Refinery Delta-17 (The Hourglass)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/refinery-delta-17
Disruption // Hadron, Masozi, Morrow
"The Heretics are brewing a pathogen in one of the Hourglass' fuel refineries. Get access to said refinery and destroy the pathogen."
Rejects are needed to destroy pathogens being incubated in the fuel silos. The incubators containing the pathogens appear to contain twitching, indiscernible fleshy masses of vaguely humanoid shape suspended in green liquid. Over pressurizing these silos containing the brewing pathogens will destroy them.
Turns out that one of the Hourglass' fuel refineries is being used to culture a pathogen. Get access to said refinery via flow control, then build overpressure in the gestation chambers to destroy it. The bad news is that it's all enemy territory, so it might get sticky.
The dregs of Tertium infesting this abandoned sector is no surprise, however, how they managed to gain access to Flow Control is curious and seems to suggest assistance from up-hive seditionists.
In the Refinery Delta-17 mission, your objective is to destroy a pathogen that's being created at the Refinery. You'll need to battle your way through the complex to reach the location of the main objective.
Upon reaching the final area, you'll need to deploy Servo Skulls to hack into the Refinery systems and destroy the pathogen
This part can be a bit tricky because the Servo Skull locations are on different floors and there's no line of sight between each location, and all the while more and more enemies will be spawning.
-It's at this point that the heretics finally start their incursions to Throneside. They succeed in invading at least 2 of the major locations in Throneside. Enclavum Baross and Enclavum Kothar. Enclavum Kothar being where the Comms-Plex in Comms-Plex 154/2f is located. And the first side of the bridge where we started during the mission Enclavum Baross. Here we are tasked with presumably establishing a FOB for the PDF in the Aegis station, located in Enclavum Baross.
Enclavum Baross (Throneside)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/enclavum-baross
Strike // Hestia, Masozi, Morrow, Zola
"You're headed for Enclavum Baross up in Throneside to get its Aegis Station back in our hands."
Enemy forces have made sudden and unexpected advances into Throneside. They must be driven out of the zone. However, it seems they have over-extended their assault and have not yet had time to properly consolidate their position. It is a priority to cut off their supply lines and access routes before they are fully established. Any enemy forces remaining in Throneside can then be isolated and eliminated without the risk that they will be reinforced and supported.
In this mission you are tasked with defeating a heretic incursion into Throneside and recapturing the Aegis Station.
Along the way to your final objective, you will encounter a raised bridge - in order to lower it you will need to collect and carry three power cells to the control system for the bridge. An Ogryn can help you to do this more quickly, but another option is to pick them up and throw them up to an ally, which saves you having to go the long way around, ascending several flights of stairs in the process.
Upon reaching your final objective, you will need to disable some skyfire defences, and then defend the area from several waves of heretical attackers until your extraction crew arrives. Upon defeating all attackers, you will be able to proceed to your extraction vessel and finish the mission.
-With the FOB established. We were then sent all the way to the Comms-Plex on Enclavum Kothar to deliver some very important message to someone or a group of people somewhere.
Comms-Plex 154/2f (Throneside)
https://darktide.gameslantern.com/grimoires-scriptures/comms-plex-1542f
Espionage // Masozi, Morrow, Zola
"Use the data-interrogator to access the Archivum Vox Array to send a warzone status report out-system."
A message with campaign intel and warzone data needs to be sent to the system's edge, however, it cannot be sent through the usual channels aboard the Mourningstar for unspecified reasons. The recipient of the message is also highly classified.
In Comms-Plex 154/2f, you will need to capture a transmission station from the heretics, and then use it to transmit an encrypted message, although the nature or purpose of this message is not explained to you beforehand.
